Overview
All purchases made on Venom Scripts are for digital goods (FiveM scripts and resources). Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are considered final once a purchase has been completed and the product has been delivered or accessed.
No Refunds on Digital Products
We do not offer refunds for digital products once they have been downloaded or accessed. This includes all scripts, bundles, and subscription plans sold through this webstore.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you are purchasing a digital product and that no refund will be issued after access has been granted.
Exceptions
Refunds may be considered in the following exceptional circumstances:
- Duplicate purchase — You accidentally purchased the same product twice within 24 hours.
- Product not delivered — You completed payment but did not receive access to the product.
- Major technical issue — The product does not function at all as described and our support team is unable to resolve it within 7 days.
To request a refund under these circumstances, please contact us via our Discord server within 7 days of purchase, including your order ID and a description of the issue.
Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused subscription time.
Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us will result in a permanent ban from our store. We reserve the right to contest any fraudulent chargebacks.
